Piwakawaka NZ IPA

Piwakawaka is Mad Hopper’s Rotating IPA Series New Zealand IPA, where aroma takes the lead and bitterness plays a supporting role. Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Nectaron create layers of wine-like, lime, and tropical fruit aromas that remain bright and refreshing without heavy sweetness. The bitterness is assertive (IBU ~50), yet clean and short-lived – drinkability comes first. A modern New Zealand IPA with bold aromatics and a crisp, dry finish.
