Red Alert!

This English style dark red ruby ale is rich with flavors of deep caramel, toffee and dried fruits, and a hint of dark chocolate and freshly ground coffee bean in the roastier notes. The rich flavors are offset by a selection of classic earthy and spicy English hops: Challenger and Fuggles. This brew has a flavourful British maltbase, using the classic Maris Otter barley variety, accompanied by a mix of flavour-filled caramel malts of which the Double Roasted Crystal malt is the star.
Brewer’s Note: Let it warm up for a full flavour experience, as the richer flavors from the malt will be more pronounced at a higher temperature.
