Pacific Bite

Pacific Bite is Mad Hopper’s Seasonal Pale Ale Series West Coast Pale Ale – bright, dry, and crisp. The bitterness is clean and pronounced, but stops well short of IPA intensity, delivering a firm bite that fades quickly (BU:GU approx. 0.6). Simcoe provides a resinous, grapefruit-driven backbone, Cascade adds classic citrus character, and Magnum delivers a clean, balanced bitterness. All the character of a West Coast Pale Ale in an exceptionally easy-drinking beer.
