This hearty brew comes from historic 19th and 20th century recipes for Imperial Brown and British Treble Stouts. Crafted from a base of Eraclea Mediterranean pilsner malt, which imparts warm notes of honey, we added classic British Amber, Brown, Low Colour Chocolate, and Black roasted malts. This malt mix brings tastes of biscuits, coffee and dark chocolate, with hints of liquorice, nuts, and currants. From our perspective, this beer is a parallax experience for your taste buds, that evolves with each sip.
